Hello everyone! This is just a quick update about our upcoming roll out of what I call, “IntuiTalks 2 point oh yeah.” (IntuiTalks 2.0)
Here are a few key features included in the upcoming updates:
1- Mobile capability: no apps, no downloads, just an easy way for folks on mobile devices to get into chat and listen to live shows
2- Live streaming: If a person can’t get into a show for whatever reason (or they choose to not be in chat), they can simply click on the live stream player that is on the host’s website
3- Close your show from within your chat (no going to a separate page to end a show)
4- Make ANYONE in the room a host: this is great for times when you are working with multiple co-hosts
5- Group editing: multiple people at once can edit or draw
6- Easier archive listing: straight-forward one link, one page archives that are prominently displayed on host’s website
7- Downloadable archives: Whether the host did an audio only OR video show, a download button is now available on every IntuiTalks archive
I will be rolling out this new version very soon and I thank you for your patience during the transition.
A word about the platform:
IntuiTalks was meant for interaction, it’s not just sitting and talking. It is for a full experience where everyone can participate via channels that are not readily available on other platforms. It was also intended to be flexible, where hosts have the freedom to do shows or classes when and how they want, without needing any producers or fancy equipment. (Although I have nothing against those traditional ways of broadcasting). In essence, it is a webcasting platform in which I’m very proud to have created. We maintain to be the most unique and feature-filled.
Thank you to those who continue to support the project. I will continue to make improvements after this new version is out, as I’m always striving for a better experience for our users.
